    Corn Bread with Roasted Peaches and Maple Cream, because maple is the best flavor ever! Also I have a sweet tooth the size of Texas 🙂

    The Lamb Meatballs with Warm Yogurt and Swiss Chard sounds like a dish I had at a Washington, D.C.. Restaurant many years ago and still dream about.

    Picking one is hard, the Roasted Pork Belly with Crushed Butternut Squash and Apple and Walnut Salsa sound delicious. As does the Tarragon Brioche Pudding. Looks like another fantastic book from him.

    I have to agree with many of the previous posts on the Cornbread with roasted peaches and maple cream. That sounds incredible. I also like the sound of the bourbon glazed spare ribs with smoked corn salsa. I would make both of those right away.
