I bake bread every weekend For my family. I love all types of bread but the breads I focus on typically have a well developed crust and a moist interior with lots of holes. My 9 year old daughter thinks all bread comes from an oven not from a store and now enjoys exploring with making her own bread. She has started with The No Knead bread recipes of Sullivan Street Bakery and now is moving on to more traditional forms of bread backing.
I’m definitely a bread baker over any other type of baking. I love to make rustic breads, braided challah, white breads, and other similar breads, with a few specialty breads thrown in for occasions when more than our picky eaters will be eating.
