I could always use less sugar in my life… but never less dessert. This book definitely appeals to me. 🙂

Her previous books are well used in my kitchen, and some of her recipes are part of my weekly menu. Love her quiches, rustic tarts, soups, brioche.

I had the good fortune to be at Flour this weekend, but after spending way too much money on their baked goods, I could not justify spending more money on the book. PS- my boyfriend would have freaked if I bought it, I wanted a peaceful bus ride home!

I am always looking for ways to cut the amount of sugar! This is definitely on my wish list.
I prefer to use less sugar while baking so I love the idea of this book.
As a family we have gone nonGMO but I want to bake even healthier. I love baking but I use a lot of sugar. I am experiment with less sugar and this book would help so much.
