Kalbi and kimchi. I always laugh when I see the sign in the window of our local Korean restaurants – it says “home of the original KFC” – but they mean Korean Fried Chicken 🙂

BiBimBap! I used to eat it at least once a week when I lived in Ann Arbor, MI. The town was full of Korean restaurants which made it easy to do.

To be quite frank, I don’t think I’ve ever had authentic Korean food, only Korean “inspired.” Whenever we travel out of the sticks, we tend to stick to familiar foods — although I’m the adventurous eater! Wanna try!
